No card is required to start the 7-day trial. You can optionally pay with Razorpay after signup (India or international) to activate billing early. Billing of the quoted price starts after day 7 if you remain subscribed; cancel anytime before then with no charge when you have not paid yet. We never collect raw card numbers on our pages.

Schools and parents pay through Razorpay Standard Checkout in the school currency when your Razorpay merchant account supports that currency. International Bank Transfers (MoneySaver) add local receiving accounts for USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and DKK plus SWIFT where those accounts are active — useful for overseas fee collection with lower FX friction. AUD/AED local receiving is coming soon (checkout can still work via Razorpay). Merchant settlement follows your Razorpay Dashboard. If Razorpay/MoneySaver does not cover your country yet, email contact@aischoolmanagement.tech about bank transfer onboarding — we do not invent a second PSP or ACH/SEPA APIs in our product.

Web-first: the admin dashboard and all role portals run in the browser on desktop and phone. Add to Home Screen / PWA is fine for an app-like icon. Native iOS and Android store apps are planned later — you do not need them to run a school today.

School admin, sub admin, teacher, parent, student, bus driver, and bus attendant — each with a portal. At signup you enter planned headcounts per role so pricing and invites match your school. Platform super-admin is our internal role — schools do not buy it. See the Roles page for details.

Yes. Micro schools from 1 student up to 10,000 are supported in the calculator. On Starter with ≤49 students, the platform fee drops to a micro rate. 18% GST applies on INR (India) only; other currencies exclude Indian GST.

Use exception-first marking: mark all present, then tap only absences/late. Admins can mark every class at once. If you have fingerprint, face, or RFID devices (ESSL, ZKTeco, Realtime, etc.), map each student’s device user ID and import the daily punch CSV — biometric templates never leave the device. A live connector agent can replace CSV later.

Yes when Online (Razorpay) is enabled on Admin → Fees. Parents open Portal → Fees and pay outstanding dues via Razorpay Standard Checkout in the school currency (INR and supported international currencies). Office collection (cash/UPI/bank/cheque) remains available.

In-app alerts and email invites (temporary passwords) are available on the web platform today — use those channels to reach your school community.

Yes. In the school dashboard and portals, the AI assistant is grounded in your school records and replies in the language you type or speak when possible (including Hindi, Marathi, Arabic, Spanish, French, and Chinese). Students only see their own data; parents only linked children. Pair with the AI Translations add-on to translate notice drafts, and multi-language UI for portal/dashboard chrome. Always verify grades, fees, and safety decisions from official screens.

Yes. A student (e.g. Suresh) can only ask about their own attendance, homework, results, and related records — not other students. A parent (e.g. Ram) can only ask about linked children. Out-of-scope questions get a clear “not relevant” reply plus suggested prompts they are allowed to ask.

Login rules are age/grade-aware so younger students typically access through a parent, while older students can use their own portal where your school policy allows. Exact grade cutovers follow the product’s student login mode settings.

Yes. Create classes, then add students individually or import via CSV. New live schools start with an empty roster — we never put sample students into a production tenant.

No. Each school is a separate tenant. We do not sell student or parent data. See Privacy Policy and Security for details on hosting, AI use, and offboarding.
