Student Management System for Schools
Keep student records in one school tenant: identity, class or programme, linked parent, attendance, and fees. New live schools start with an empty roster — no demo students are injected into a paying school.
Student Profiles
Name, admission or roll number, class/section or year, and optional pickup stop. Login is phone + password when the school issues a student account.
Student Records
Academic and operational data stay in the school state. Younger students often access through a parent; older students can have their own login depending on school settings.
Enrollment
Add students one by one or import CSV. Parent phone on the student row can create or link the parent automatically.
Academic Information
Classes, timetable, homework, and results modules attach to the student where the school uses them. Grading display can follow percent, GPA, IB, or UK-style scales the school selects.
Attendance
Class attendance marks and history for that student.
Fees
Fee assignments and payment history for the student.
Documents
Profile documents can be attached where the school uses the documents field. This is not a full government e-file vault.
Reports
Admin reports remain private. Students only see their own results in the portal.

- Is this a student information system (SIS)?
- Yes in the practical sense: one database per school for students, classes, attendance, and fees. It is not a national education board SIS.
