School Fee Management Software
Collect and track school fees in one ledger: define structures, record office payments, and offer parents an online checkout when you turn on Razorpay. Indian GST applies on INR platform invoices; school fee currency follows the school profile.
Online School Fee Collection
When Admin enables Online (Razorpay) on Fees, parents open the portal, see outstanding dues, and pay with Razorpay Standard Checkout in the school currency (INR and supported international currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, DKK, AED, SGD, AUD).
Student Fee Management
Each student can have assigned fee items and a payment history. Partial amounts can be collected in the office or online depending on school settings.
Fee Structures & Installments
Schools set fee structures in the admin dashboard. You control what appears on the parent statement. Installment-style collection is handled as separate dues or office receipts rather than a separate bank mandate product.
Parent Payments
Parents use phone + password on the web portal. They do not enter card numbers on our pages — Razorpay hosts checkout. Office collection remains available (cash, UPI, bank, cheque).
Fee Receipts
Parents and the office can download or print statements and receipts from the fees screens. Platform subscription invoices (for the school’s SaaS plan) are separate from student fee receipts.
Payment Tracking
Admins see collected vs outstanding. Online payments are recorded after checkout verification. A Razorpay webhook can update ledgers if the secret is configured.
School Fee Reports
Fee summaries stay in the admin dashboard for that school only. They are not listed on the public website.
Automated Fee Management
Online pay reduces manual receipt typing. Recurring auto-debit (Razorpay Subscriptions / mandates) is not the live billing model today — schools use Pay now or parent checkout each cycle.

- How can schools manage fees online?
- Enable Razorpay on Admin → Fees, then parents pay outstanding dues in the parent portal. The office can still collect cash or UPI.
- Which payment gateway is used?
- Razorpay Standard Checkout. We do not process raw card PAN/CVV on our servers.
