School Attendance Management Software
Mark who is present, absent, or late from the web dashboard. Parents see attendance for linked children. Device-based biometric punches can be imported as CSV; templates stay on the device.
Student Attendance
Teachers or admins mark a class for a date. Exception-first marking (all present, then tap absences) is designed for large sections.
Teacher Attendance
Staff attendance can be recorded as part of school operations where your school uses those workflows. The primary live flow is student class attendance.
Attendance Tracking
History stays with the school tenant. Students and parents only see their own or linked records.
Automated Attendance
Bulk CSV import can apply many marks at once. A live device connector can replace CSV later; it is not required to start.
Biometric Attendance
If you use fingerprint, face, or RFID devices (for example ESSL, ZKTeco, Realtime), map each student’s device user ID and import the daily punch CSV. We do not store biometric templates on our servers.
Attendance Reports
Admins review class and school summaries in the dashboard. Reports are private to the school.
Parent Notifications
Parents see attendance in the portal. In-app alerts can be used for operational notices. SMS/WhatsApp send is not a live delivery channel.
