Checkout currency & MoneySaver settlement
Pay subscriptions and (when enabled) school fees via Razorpay Standard Checkout in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, DKK, AED, SGD, or AUD. International Bank Transfers (MoneySaver) give local receiving accounts for USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and DKK plus SWIFT — lower FX friction for international school parents and export-style fee collection. AUD/AED local accounts: checkout available; local receiving coming soon. Merchant settlement follows Razorpay Dashboard rules (typically INR for Indian merchants). Monthly e-FIRS remittance certificates download from Razorpay — we do not invent ACH/SEPA APIs or generate FIRC files in-app. Indian GST (18%) applies to INR only.

What happens on day 8?+
If you did not cancel during the 7-day trial, billing starts on the plan you selected. Cancel anytime before then with no charge.
Why does staff count affect price?+
Plans include a fair staff allowance relative to students. Extra staff seats use a transparent multiplier in the calculator so large faculties are not a surprise.
Do micro schools (under 50 students) get a fair price?+
Yes. Enter role headcounts first (admin, teachers, students, parents, drivers). Billing uses students + staff; parents/drivers are planning seats. Starter with ≤49 students uses a reduced platform fee so small campuses are not priced like mid-size schools.
Can I start on Starter and upgrade later?+
Yes. Start with core academics, then add Growth/Enterprise modules (fees, results, bus, AI, etc.) when the school is ready. The comparison table shows what each tier includes.
Is GST included?+
Yes for INR. Quotes include 18% GST on taxable value and show GST as a separate line. Tax invoices carry our live GSTIN. Other currencies show local estimates without Indian GST — VAT/sales tax/none follow the school tax mode, not a forced GSTIN story.
What about MoneySaver / international bank transfers?+
Checkout uses Razorpay in your currency. MoneySaver provides local receiving accounts (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, DKK + SWIFT) so international payers face less FX friction. AUD/AED local accounts are coming soon. e-FIRS downloads from the Razorpay Dashboard — not from our app.
Why are we priced this low for 1–10,000 students?+
2026 India research: floor cloud ads sit around ₹5–₹10/student/month; mid schools often land ₹15k–₹50k/year (or ₹50k–₹1.5L once add-ons hit); legacy ERP is much higher. Our live slabs start from ₹3–₹6/student/month plus a low platform fee, with 25% off yearly — aimed at best honest market price, not a “flat unlimited” teaser that hides modules.
What if we leave later?+
