Complete a short form with school details, student and staff counts, and your plan. Start your 7-day free trial online — pay with Razorpay (INR and major international currencies) when you are ready. You are not charged during the trial.

We create your dedicated school account. Follow the first-week checklist: school profile → classes → students (or CSV import) → staff invites → welcome notice → attendance.

Invite every role
School admin, sub admin, teachers, parents, students, bus drivers, and bus attendants each get a secure temporary password, then set their own. Everyone lands in the right portal.

Operate with confidence
Run attendance at any scale (mark-all-present or biometric punch CSV), fees, homework, transport, notices, and results. Use local-language AI for answers grounded in your school records.
Go live in your first 7 days
Add the school, invite staff, import the roster, and run a real attendance week before anyone is billed. You are not charged during the 7-day trial unless you choose Pay now. Razorpay handles school and parent payments when you turn them on.

School profile & tour
Sign in with your temporary password, set a new one, finish the school profile, and walk the features tour so the office knows where things live.
- Day 2
Classes & roster
Create classes and sections. Add students one by one or import a CSV. Live schools start empty — we never put sample children into a real tenant.
- Day 3
Invite staff & families
Invite teachers, sub admins, parents, students, drivers, and attendants. Each gets a secure temporary password and lands in the right portal.
- Day 4
First attendance & notice
Mark all present, fix exceptions (or import a biometric punch CSV). Publish a welcome notice so parents see the portal working.
- Day 5–6
Fees, bus, academics
Turn on the modules you bought: fee structures, bus routes, homework, timetable, results. Teachers practice mark-all-present; drivers open My route.
- Day 7
Decide with confidence
Cancel anytime before day 7 with no charge. Otherwise billing starts after the trial on the plan you calculated. Export and offboarding paths are covered on Security & Terms.
