Security & data trust
School buyers care about privacy as much as features. Here is how we protect tenant data today — in plain language, without vague "bank-level security" claims.
Password authentication
Users sign in with mobile login ID + password. Temporary passwords must be changed on first login. Failed attempts are rate-limited and can lock accounts temporarily.
Tenant isolation
Each school is a separate tenant. Server APIs authenticate with bearer tokens scoped to that tenant. Parents and students receive a privacy-filtered school snapshot (their children / own records) — not the full staff directory or other families’ fees.
Encryption in transit
The public site and API are served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — never as plain text.
Hosted infrastructure
Production web apps and API run on our managed hosting stack with MySQL for accounts and school state. Upload size and JSON payload limits reduce abuse risk.
AI use of school data
The AI assistant answers from your school’s operational context and supports local languages worldwide (type or speak). It is assistive — verify grades, fees, and safety decisions. We do not sell student data.
Payments without card forms
We do not capture raw card PAN/CVV on our pages. Trial and subscription payments use hosted Razorpay Standard Checkout (INR and international). Billing starts after the 7-day trial unless you cancel earlier with no charge.
Honest roadmap
We are an early-stage product. Formal certifications (for example SOC 2), signed DPA / SCC packs, EU/UK representatives, and region-pinned hosting are on the roadmap. Live today: password hashing, tenant-scoped API tokens, rate limits / lockouts, HTTPS, parent/student state projection on sync, and published Privacy / Terms with India DPDP grievance email. We keep marketing claims aligned with the live product.
