School ERP features built for real campuses

Attendance, fees, bus tracking, local-language AI, and 18+ modules — with honest Live vs In-progress status before you subscribe.

Attendance built for large schools

Marking 100+ students every day should not mean 100+ taps. Teachers and admins start with mark all present, then fix only absences and late arrivals. Schools with fingerprint, face, or RFID gates map each student’s device user ID and import the daily punch CSV from brands like ESSL, ZKTeco, or Realtime. Biometric templates stay on the device — the platform only stores attendance events. A live connector agent can replace CSV later without remapping students.

Local-language AI for a better school experience

Available worldwide · grounded in your school data

Admins, teachers, parents, and students can type or speak to the AI assistant in their local language. Replies aim to match that language. Privacy is role-scoped: students only see their own records; parents only linked children — other asks are refused with suggested prompts. Combine with AI translations and multi-language UI for international campuses.

Type or speak

Ask about fees, attendance, homework, buses, and more in everyday language.

Any country

Same assistant for schools in India, the Gulf, Europe, Africa, APAC, and the Americas.

Translate & UI

AI translations for notices plus multi-language interface options for families.

How each capability works

Before you subscribe, see the problem each module solves, the steps your team follows, who uses it, and which plan includes it.

Academics

Daily teaching work parents and students actually see

Attendance

Roll call for 100+ students should not take half a period.

  1. Teachers mark all present, then fix only absences, late, or excused.
  2. Admins can mark every class for the day in one action.
  3. Optional biometric / RFID punch CSV from ESSL, ZKTeco, Realtime, and similar devices.
  4. Map device user IDs once — fingerprint/face templates stay on the device.
