Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to AI School Management ("Service"), operated at aischoolmanagement.tech. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the school or organization you represent.

1. The Service

We provide cloud school-management software (admin dashboard, role portals, and related modules such as attendance, fees, notices, homework, and transport tools). Features available to your school depend on the plan and modules you select. Native iOS/Android apps may be offered later; the web platform is the primary product today.

2. Accounts & passwords

  • Login uses a mobile number (or assigned login ID) and password.
  • Invited users may receive a temporary password and must change it on first use.
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your accounts.
  • School administrators must promptly deactivate accounts for people who leave the school.

3. Free trial

New schools may start a 7-day free trial online. Subscription payments use hosted Razorpay Standard Checkout (INR and major international currencies) — we do not collect raw card PAN/CVV on our pages. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial. Billing for the selected plan starts after the trial ends unless you cancel earlier. If you cancel anytime within the 7 days, no money is deducted. After the trial, schools complete Pay now each cycle until auto-debit is enabled.

4. Fees & taxes

Pricing is shown in the plan calculator and may vary by student count (1–10,000), modules, billing interval, and currency. Quotes are estimates. For India (INR), estimates include GST at 18% on taxable value; tax invoices show our GSTIN. E-invoice / IRN for eligible B2B is available on request. We do not collect raw card PAN/CVV on our pages.

5. Your data

School operational data you enter remains owned by your school. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the school is typically the Data Fiduciary for student/parent records; we process that data as a service provider. You must have lawful authority (including any required parental notices or consents) to upload student, parent, and staff information. See our Privacy Policy and Security page.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt to access another school's tenant or reverse-engineer security controls.
  • Do not upload malware or content you do not have rights to share.
  • AI assistant outputs are assistive only — verify critical academic, financial, or safety decisions.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime and will announce planned maintenance when practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Backup, export, and disaster-recovery capabilities continue to improve; keep critical offline records as required by your school policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost fees, missed attendance follow-ups, or transport incidents) arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose security risk, or remain unpaid after notice. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize tenant data after a reasonable retention window unless law requires longer storage.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
